On a 2008 LR3 SE, in the settings menu there is an option to use reverse dip mirror but the feature does not work without memory seats that are only available on the HSE. Is there anyway to override this to make them work.

Holy cow, have a enough Rangies lol?! I guess the more the merrier! The mirrors should reverse dip even without the seat memory. Where did you hear that they don't without the seat memory?

 

My best friend has the truck and they don't work without memory seats. It even says so in the owners manual. Is there anyway toget this feature to work.

 

The seat memory ecu stores the dip and return locations for the mirrors. I don't think you are able to change it to memory, but I could be wrong.

 

Truck needs to see a dealer put on IDS and personalized, bring the other key and a list of personalization requests. alot of stuff is available that people that never read their owners manuals will never have. scott P.S Tell the salesman that he is an *** if he doesnt do this for free I do all day in service
