I know there has been a lot of Bluetooth info here but would like the latest.

Have 2006 LR3 with Bluetooth for phone only.... what's a solution without breaking the bank, very few wires, and effective. The phone Bluetooth works fine, just have to pair it every time you getting in car
Is there a way to pair automatically. Would like solution that works with both ios and android

The D3 BT module is dated. But there is a software update available that may resolve the pairing issue, an update that can be done with the GAP tool. The other solution is to install a D4 BT module, which has better compatibility but also better audio quality. But a module swap requires some basic work, its not a direct swap.

Hey Dakota Travler, did the Bluetooth re-flash... seems to bind now. Actually, never seems to unbind

Will follow up on how the re-flash works and some added Bluetooth enabling devices on the cheap. Will see how these work on 2011 LR2 and my 2006 LR3
