I recommend whatever works, but I went OEM/Delphi, they are only $13 each. So a little over $100/set. Helps to shop around!

People recommended Mercon SP but I found Liquid Moly on sale at Germanparts.ca for $200 for 20 litres so bought that. Plan to drain/fil/drain the Trans several times to get out most if the old stuff. In my opinion it is not worth the expense and hassle of changing the filter. As someone else commented, that filter will only plug up if your Trans breaks apart.

I already replaced oil pan, i found out the tranny is leaking from the electrical plug as well.

I have already replaced all of that. Today i took it to the exhaust shop, hopefully will be fixed tomorrow.

Anyways, i bought the solenoids so i gotta bring the valve body down anyways, i will replace plug as well as that little plastic square seal on the top of the valve body.

There is more than one seal above the valve body, I think three in total. The others being basically round tubes.

Yeah, make sure to do the round sleeves and the foam seal too when you're in there. There are kits available with Zf parts that have everything you need.

It'll come up if you search for something like "zfhp26 foam protection strip". Here's one from fcpeuro, but please confirm it's the right one before ordering:

Yep, that's the correct foam strip from FCP.

My solenoid kit from TheCTSC.com came with a foam strip, but they also sell one separate. We have 7 solenoids.

This is a good seal kit too:
