Default Clunk, noise, when hit the brake.

Hello, I am surrounded by problems with this LR3!

Before spending, I rely on your technical expertise and the following is a video I made. (the squick noise is my shoes on the brake pedal).

This happens when I hit the brake quite hard and fast, or if the road is unsmooth. Low speed, not high speed. No clunk on bumps but if I approach a bump with a little bit of brake then the clunk noise comes.
If I drive in reverse at 1kmh speed and hit the brake, it happens the same thing and same clunk. Clunk is almost not audible if I steer all the way right or left and I brake as above for test purpose.
Steering wheel moves as well and I feel the clunk on it.
The mechanic told be I have right tie rod with some play but I doubt it is a tie rod. He said 100% is that after having checked the car.

Any thoughts?

I dont look at links.... but if you have a clunk when braking it is very likely the lower front control arm bushings. Or even the rear uppers. VERY common issue as the bushings in the arms last about 75k miles up front and maybe 150k miles for rear uppers. Replacing just the bushings is doable but a bit of a pain. So most get entire arms. But even doing the arms is not fun as the hardware (bolts) are often seized. Thus replacement often included cutting the bolts.
