cracked dash poll
Re: the steering wheel, I believe they're all like that. Usually the cracking is on the flat portion of the passenger side dash, it cracks around the pass airback in a rectangular shape.
Hi I just opened a case with LRNA so will let you know what happens. Got to say LRNA where very Helpful considering that My LR3 is 2006 with 100K miles on it cracking only started this winter. LRNA was very helpful my Local Dealers service desk was no so much as they said too old not interested in the first 5 seconds, but when i got home the service Manager called me and is taking a look. here's some photo's
Our 2005 lr3 and our 2006 Range Rover sport are both cracked a ton. Both are Southern California vehicles. LRNA gave me a credit at the local dealer for half of the repair cost. $700 or $800 as I recall. Phil
Well my local Dealer came back with there quote a whopping $2200. That is much more than I have been seeing on the forum. Worse still they don't want to do it and are saying that they are likely going to break stuff as the remove the dash and are not responsible any extra work will be down to me to pay for! So that is a starting price. I am waiting to see what JLNA are going to do but even if they pay for the dash I am not confident that the dealer has the skill to do the job, I have had problems with there quality of workmanship in the past.
