Default Dashboard Comes and Gos. Help.

Hi everyone. Our dashboard works one minute and then disappears a few minutes later? Any ideas of what’s causing it? Mechanics can’t figure it out

I'm guessing instrument cluster; I'm sure others on this board will chime in...

I have the same issue on my 2007.

i believed there is a ribbon wire that looses its adhesion. I’m planning on taking mine out and fixing eventually. If you press on the display, does it come back?

Usually dry solder joints due the using lead free solder that cant handle thermal cycles as well as the lead does, same thing that the xbox 360 and PS3 had issues with.
