Default Do all LR3's have a TPMS?

Just wondering if all LR3's have the tire pressure monitoring system or was that an option?

I'm pretty sure it's standard on North American LR3/D3. All I looked at or test drove had it. I think after 2006 or 2007 it was required for all US vehicles.

Hmm, perhaps 2005's did not have it and only some 2006's did. From what I was able to google after I posted this it seems from 2007 onward all of them have it.

Man this is an old thread, but I have an 06 and all the valve stems are the normal rubber type. From the pics I saw online the TPMS sensors have the typical aluminum nut/metal valve stems so it appears I do not have TPMS thank goodness. I found a set of RR 19's with new tires on em for 450.00 and I am happy that I'll just be able to slap em on vs having to have the tires torn down and the TPMS sensors moved over.

Yeah I must have an early 06 as all my valve stems are rubber. I swear I see a TPMS light illuminate during the startup sequence, but unless it's using some kind of tire band sensors my valve stems appear to be just the normal rubber ones vs the metal TPMS looking ones.

Don't know why you're asking but the gap tool can actually tell the ecu that you do not have the system.

I had a bad sensor on the freaking spare tire and just tturnedit all off eliminating the dash light.

Glad to know you can disable it via the Gap Tool. On my H3 Alpha no one with the proper GM Programmer would do it for legal reasons.

I'm pretty sure that my 06 HSE does not have it. Stems look like regular rubber ones. One less battery issue to worry about. Well, 4 batteries actually.
