Default Drivers Side Seat Squeak

Does anyone know of a way to remedy this? Are there bolts to tighten/lube? Happens when my weight shifts. And no the answer isn't to lose some weight!

Thanks!

Is it a metal on metal "squeak" or more of a cushion rubbing noise? Any movement of the seat when it squeaks?

I came across a TSB on the seat tracks. It was more about slight movement in the seat when braking or accelerating. I test drove one that had this problem and it was really annoying to have the seat keep moving ever so slightly when you speed up or slowed down. It wasn't a high pitched squeak when it did it, it was more of a metal on metal "tap".

i get this squeak too, its like the leather rubbing with the plastic that controls the seat adjusters?

I had the same issue, bought an 06 LR3 SE, had this annoying sqeek I could not find. One day I was cleaning the windscreen and noticed everytime I hit the side support beam the one that has the metal around it I noticed that annoying sqeek. So if you slide that metal piece up and down or push on it then hear a sqeek then that it. It will travel inside and annoy you. I put some foam weather stripping on the bottom the keep it from moving around. Good luck and hopefully that will solve on of the many annoying sqeek problems out there.
I love my LR3 and I do not think I will ever go back toady thing else.
Good luck
