Do these codes confirm that I have a Near Side (LH Side) EGR valve problem?

Is there any chance it could be another part?

If it is EGR can they be cleaned or should I get replacement ordered?

As it is 2009 Discovery 3 blanking isn't an option?

Should I be doing Left and Right at the same time?

Are there going to be any lasting effects if I keep driving the smoky rough starter?

Seems to pull fine over 2000 rmp
