Default Faultmate vs iidtool

I know these have been covered individually but I can't quite find what I'm looking for and most of the posts are older and don't cover any recent updates that each company may have released.

Does anyone have experience with both the Faultmate MSV2 and the Gap iidtool BT? It looks like the iidtool from Gap does everything that the faultmate does but at half the price. Am I missing something?

Price isn't really an issue since I want to buy the right tool that will allow me to do anything that the deal would do to avoid going back to the dealer ever again. I would like to use it for the typical mods that we all want such as, Nav on the go, suspension lift, general performance tweets, and program new keys. I like to do all of my maintenance and repairs so I just need the best tool for the job!

Any opinions are welcome.
