Don't despair, you'll work through it. You have a GAP tool; you don't need a garage for this one. A sunny day, some jack stands and 3 beers and you should be good.

Love the optimism! I'll keep everyone posted as to how I progress and certainly be back asking more questions!

I've had an LR3 for almost 15 years, man....I've seen enough EAS issues to know that none of them are that sinister.

Oh, another tip, since you know the specific fault code and verbiage, send an email to the GAP Team. They know just about EVERYTHING suspension related and can likely tell you better than any of us, what the root cause is.

Ah, thanks, that's a great idea.

Plugged the GAP in at lunch. Gallery Pressure went up to 260psi! Truck starts in off road access as default and it never has before. However, neither front or rear is rising. I pushed it down to normal access height, huge vent of pressure, then warning light immediately.

I love the truck and half the lure was being able to tinker. We had to move in November and new home doesn't have off road or garage parking so feeling a bit vulnerable, especially as it's our only vehicle.

What are the live calibration values??

(the values you sent before were live values of height, I think...)

Here's the values from RLM-Suspension menu, current calibration. These ones or another?

Hmmm.....I'm looking for the numbers that are typically in the 200s.

Yeah, I like the "real" numbers myself. I think GAP can read those also. That does, at face value, seem WAY off. Maybe a calibration is the thing to do in order to get those numbers back inline. I think the way GAP works is that after a calibration is "zeros" the numbers when translating to inches. Meaning the raw numbers are still all over the place but the tool says "okay, this is level. So this will be defaults" so when it translates to friendly inches you have a proper baseline.

Also, wonder if the front valve block was hooked up wrong? Its been done before. Since things are sorta working it seems like it may be something fairly simple.

I was only looking for the other values because I know the upper limit is 256, so if one is higher than that we'd know the calibration is off.

I did manage to get the compressor to read 256psi. Took a while to get up to pressure and once it did, it went into code again.

Well it's fair to same I'm massively frustrated with whatever was done. Managed to clear the codes and the red suspension warning which is one thing, so now amber light with same code.

Took the truck for a 10 mile drive and rode well. Switched off, got out and locked the truck and as soon as I did that, the air vented much louder than ever before (big bang expulsion).

Trying not at this stage to let it wind me up. Determined to win.
