Front cross member a Jack point?

Jacked up my truck using the front center cross member and the places jack stands under the frame rail on each side. Then started thinking maybe I could have damaged the cross member. Did I screw up?

Look at The service manual section 100-02 Jacking Lifting page 2. It explains how to do it correctly
