fuel mileage
Honestly the plugs should be fine. Should be good for 60,000 or more. Maybe the MAF and fuel injectors need cleaned?
I just had a thought. You said the diff makes noise, right? I remember someone posting that their MPG went up when they replaced their diff.

Ran a bottle of the royal purple injection cleaner when we first bought it, I run royal purple in the tc and diffs
I have a new set of plugs guess next day we get that's not freezing I will try them, think it came with a receipt for new MAF being installed

Whatever it is that causes the injectors to get dirty in these, most recommend to clean them with some sort of device that runs cleaner through them, instead of just adding the cleaner to the tank.
I did mine kind of like this:

It's possible the settings are wrong in the master ECU where you tell it how to calculate the mileage. It's also possible something else is wrong, like transmission. I consider my mileage low, and i'm about due for a tranny. It will be interesting to see what change there is if any after a change in April or so. I'm currently getting about 13 city.
