I typically work on Saab with my kids and a friend asked me to help with his 08 LR3. His concern was air suspension and I think I have that figured out with a valve rebuild on the way. My bigger question is this BCM nightmare I seem to got myself into. He has no rear windows, no parking assistance and no tpms. Could all 3 of those be caused by the internal bcm failure I have read about? It's got quite a few codes I'll post so you can decipher if possible. Thanks in advance for letting me join and bother the guys with questions.

Reason: Speeling
That’s a lot of codes, I’d do a hard reset and/or get a new battery if you haven’t already ruled out an electrical issue.
Wet carpets or interior air cabin filter? There’s a BCM module right below the cabin filter. If water is getting in through the fresh air intake under the windshield cowel it will makes its way to the cabin filter and drip all over the module.
Ok had a chance to get under it finally this weekend and after a compressor rebuild we are moving although slowly until we get a new reservoir. The only things that are sticking around dtc wise are the rear windows, parking assist has no power to sensors front or rear and TPMS. I'm thinking tpms just needs calibrating but I don't have the means to read sensors on hand.
On the windows, I’d test a at the switches and then I’d probably end up replacing the driver door master switch. The signal for all the doors runs through the master switch and is get one from the salvage yard instead of new. Unless new is cheap.
on tpms, I wouldn’t f with it BUT I believe the Gap tool lets you turn it off
On Parking sensor power: idk for sure. I’d start looking for breaks in the wiring harness

OK, I finally had some time to really dig into things.... Front and rear power to sensors was a dead short in a sensor on the rear. Once it was disconnected I could see there was another bad rear sensor and a front. So we got the new rears installed and the one front is holding me back while waiting on delivery. The question I have is it possible with SDD to disable the front sensors until I get the new sensor, I see the auto on option but it does not allow the rear to function as I'd hoped.
The Hitachi compressor got a dryer rebuild, exhaust valve and valve block cleaning and is filling slow but works now. I'm guessing the metal plate (not sure what is called) above the Piston is worn and I wondered if it was that simple as that. It also got a new air reservoir.
The rear windows was a bad relay in the central junction box and I found a nice work around somewhere that showed how to bypass that relay so we have rear windows again also 👍 Rear window relay bypass
So we are finally down to one dtc for the front parking sensor and one for the satellite radio antenna. And the hopes of disabling the front sensors 🤞

Does anybody know the thread pitch of the delivery valve retaining nut on the LR3 Hitachi? I have searched high and low and even email folks but no replies. I wasn't going to order a new one until I knew I could get it cleaned out.
