Default Help with 2005 LR3 trans fluid change Please!

I assume it is time for fluid change(94k miles)and want to do it. 2005 LR3 V8 SE.Can anyone tell me what I need and what to do/how to do it? Is there a filter on these or is it just a fluid change? Do I need to drop the pan to drain it or is there a plug? Dextron 4 fluid is what I was told from someone? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

They use Jaguar transmission mineral oil based trans fluid not regular atf. They are fill-for-life transmissions, so you shouldn't need to service it. You could if you want to, which is smart, but you will need to take it toa dealership(IDS is required) due to the fact that the level must be checked at a specific temperature as read by the Transmission fluid temp sensor.
