Default How to get out of the diagnostic screen?

Ok...So i felt a little brave and started trying the code 1791 and 753 on the sat nav...It was cool at first but then at the end when i wanted to get out of the black diagnostic screen...I couldn't. I followed all instructions online from here: http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic12736.htmlScroll to second page for the black screen I am talking about...I am now stuck on the last picture with all the altitude and coordinates...I switched off my ignition and then switched my ignition back on again. Can someone please help me...I am stumped as a don't know what...I don't wnat to bring the car back to the stealers and get my wallet raped because of my stupidity...
