I just bought an 06 that has factory installed running boards. I see where the factory had to cut into the plastic running along the bottom of the vehicle.

How do you take these off?? are these just bolted on??

Will there be areas in the plastic that are noticeable when they're removed??


Anyone ever done this? If so, help is much appreciated!

 

A saw-za.... And a couple of plastic cutting blades....
Then use a drimmle tool and cut the plastic so its straight...
DIDN'T SPELL DRIMMLE RIGHT, TO LAZY TO LOOK IT UP.
