It can be looked up by the VIN number.

you can call land rover north america, a dealer, or send it to someone with a copy of microcat. You could PM it to me and I can see what shows up.

Uh....shouldn't it be as simple as looking for the "shark fin" antenna/receiver on the back?

Also...let's not say "VIN number." The "N" in VIN stands for "number." So when you say "VIN Number" you are saying "Vehicle Identification Number Number." Drives me nuts!

Geezus....

Nope, there was another guy that posted recently that his has the shark fin, but no sat radio. The guess is that maybe it's for the phone cradle too?

Yup, that's correct. I have the shark fin (and I have the phone cradle), but I do not have Sat Radio. I mean, if you're looking at the car in person, the easiest way to see if it has sat radio would be to hit the Aux button a few times and see if it cycles through Aux Input -> Sat 1 -> Sat 2.

Default the answers to all your questions and more

The 2 page link referenced below is right now about 3 threads below this one.

There are links to pdf's regarding the satellite radio antennas as well as a link to the operation of the satellite radio portion if so equipped. It is a pretty good discussion and shows the value of at least glancing thru many of the threads regardless of how unrelated they might seem.
