Default What is this plug?

While snooping around the battery box in my 2006 LR3 I found a plug disconnected that was located behind the battery. I plugged it back in and I'm not sure what it's for. Any ideas?

Default something to do with transport

The factory plugs some sort of transport module into that connector that the dealer later removes and throws away prior to new vehicle delivery.

The transport module is something that keeps the vehicle in low power mode and also inhibits operation of the air suspension system.

Its most obvious effect is to keep the radio from being played.
