Looking to see if anyone has the Rover IID2 tool or...As I want to call it, The "R2D2 tool"

Have some issues with front foglights that I caught wind that BCM might be struggling to not "recognize" them.

Want to check out the tool as well, kinda like a pre purchase ogle.

Are you looking to borrow one, or buy one? They are only activated for one VIN I believe, you can't just borrow someone else's I don't think.
