I installed the new crossbars and now I go to attach the new ski rack and I need to know if I am to pop off the left, ( where the elbow of the rack is that opens) plastic piece and how it sits on the top of the new rack. Rack is sorta moon shaped and ski rack is straight. Any helpers?
