Leaking 2007 LR3, but what is leaking
Get yourself a long thin (bike lock) cable from the hardware store, put duct tape on one end (this ensures the cable end will not catch onto the tube as you push it through ac drain)and than pop up your kick panels on either side of middle console, driver side unscrew two screws holding up the panel connected to the driver side kick panel. You'll see a hose with a tab on it. Just pull this off and insert the cable into the ac drain tube. This will clean out any debris and your drains will be good as new. Passenger side has one too.
There are a number of unrelated files per the link below, however two of them near the bottom apply.
One file/jpg shows the Air Conditioner drain hose referred to above and the other file/jpg shows a Land Rover sketch of both tubes.
In my case, one of the tubes just disconnected itself - sort of a push fit over a rectangular nipple kind of thing and the drain hose just slips off over time; fortunately both hoses are relatively easy to get at and slide back on.

I have an 06 LR3 with a leak on the passenger side floor board near the door. We had a lot of rain on Friday and now I have a lot of water in the floorboard. I don't believe it's the AC considering the location. Checked AC drain tube anyway, looked fine. Sun roof area up top looked dry. I have some warpage on the moulding at the bottom of windshield. Not sure if this is an issue? Also opened the passenger side door and noticed the wire boot deal-e-o(see pic) that is supposed to be snug up against the body is not,
anyone have that same issue. Just wondering if this could be my issue. I'll post pics when I can.

Water can get into the interior via a hole in the metal A post behind the removable black plastic A post cover moulding.
The leaking normally shows up after a new windscreen has been installed. The hole relates to place near the bottom of the A post where one of the plastic fingers that retains the plastic A post cover is supposed to poke into.
To date I have not yet had any water leaks but I live in a dry climate and keep my 3 garaged so ....
Others may have had experience with water leaking via the A post and where if shows up - high or low, so to speak.
And no, that warping the black plastic cowl moulding along the bottom of the windscreen should not be a source of water leakage. You can however run 3M black plastic electrical tape along the the top edge of the moulding if you are concerned - also as a way to find out where the water is coming in - say with a garden hose.
You can also run electrical tape vertically on both sides and the top of the A moulding. If without tape, you see water, with tape, no water, then you know the source of the problem and where to look.

bbyer, I believe that the warped cowling has been a point of ingress for water in the past, for many owners. After it gets past the cowling it comes in through the heater box, I believe.
The link below shows the cowl removed and the air inlet exposed. It probably explains why I have a strip of electrical tape along the top of the cowl even though I have not had a problem. The second link is to a Land Rover A pillar leak repair procedure pdf.

You can have it resealed, however in my experience when they're warped like that, a reseal usually does not last that long. The cowl is not terribly expensive, and a pretty simple repair. I would stay away from taping it down, and if you choose to reseal it, use some RTV across the entire upper edge, then with some masking tape on there for a few hours for the RTV to cure.
