question of LED colour selection
I do not know about the LR4 or the Mercedes but if the 4 still has the same physical design setup as the 3, then I would be finding out what bulbs are speced in the LR4. The LR dealer should have that info and have the bulbs for sale as well.
They may be LED T-10 / 168 /194 / W5W sized bulbs but of a correct colour temperature probably around 4,300k. Tungsten filament bulbs such as the W5W are closer to 3000k and hence tend to yellow but that is a lot warmer colour than blue in the winter time for an interior bulb.
Many of the bulbs off eBay are plus 6,000k in blue colour temperature as they are cheaper to make than say a 4,500k white light bulb.
The xenon projector bulbs in the head lamp assemblies are 4,300k colour temperature so you want a LED of about that colour as well. They are not easy to find. Let us know what you find re the LR dealer.
