Well, I thought this would be easy. Nope. Tonight I replaced both belts and wanted to replace all the pulleys. I installed an updated metal idler pulley for the back belt. I also installed a new pulley for the tensioner of the back belt. According to a few charts, diagrams and such both tensioners used the same pulley. Apparently not as the front drive belt is much wider and so is the pulley installed onto the tensioner. While I continue to find pulleys, they say for fan or serpentine which seems to be the narrow pulley. Anyone find a source for the proper wide pulley? I think if anything I can use the sport tensioner (PQG500220) and just get the whole thing.

 

I installed new tensioners PQG500220 and PQG500030, as well as the pulley PQR500350. As I recall several of the parts catalogs were less than clear about the proper applications on the tensioners.
