Another thing I found are the connections on the valve blocks. I've seen some faults especially on the center valve block go away with a clean of the contacts and sometimes even a little di-electric grease. FWIW.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will check it out. I think it has to be something electrical at this point as the system is just not responding. My plan now is to tow it down here and then I can try and troubleshoot it easier.
Just trying to find out what faulty electrical components or wire harnesses could have my symptoms to try and narrow down my search.
