LOL.

There's hardly aa filter that exists that's worse than K&N. I'd never run one and I know and worked with their original group at their original location in southern Kalifornia. I've known Malcolm Smith very well having worked for him for years. He won't badmouth the product because he was an original sponsored rider for them but good lord their filters are ****!!!!!! Here's a hint for anyone still running one, if you can hold up a filter and see daylight directly through the filter..... it's gonna let dust right through!

If you want real protection that can also get wet, the choice is simple, same thing a motorcross bike runs, oil/foam such as Unifilter. Any choice but that is a mistake for off-road use. Hell even my Turbo Car I run one, 50k miles later, the intake tract can be licked it's so clean and it supports 786whp without any a hiccup. If you run K&N, slide some white lithium grease down your intake track and drive for a week, then look at the "white" grease and I doubt you'll ever run K&N.

Default Air suspension overhaul

Got the Oring kit from eBay and already did the front valve block. I was hoping to replace the compressor this week but the cheapo amazon crap one I put on last night didn’t like the truck and set off the suspension fault warnings. So now I’ve ordered the rebuild kit for half the cost and will rebuild the original compressor next weekend. Btw. What sadist came up with the idea of that third bolt holding the compressor frame on? What were they thinking! Happened to find the rear valve block right next to the compressor too! So a rebuild of that (from the same o ring kit !) is on for this weekend! Surprised how easy this is (with the exception of that third bolt!

The rear valve block is not next to the compressor and why are we discussing this in this thread?

so I’m a joke? Is that your point?! I thought the idea of a forum was to help each other and build cameraderie?

...no one was trying to bust your *****. You replied to a 14 year old post. That's kinda funny, so it's a joke. Hahaha.

Not YOU, the thread.

Takeaway: avoid K&N.

Installed front brake pads and sensor, 07 LR3

edit: also needed rear pads and sensor, easier after I learned how to install the fronts. I'm good for another 15K miles now.

Just installed new Goodyear Duratracs and got a set of new inner and outer tie rod ends which I still need to install.

Yeah, it nearly just got me. Even Gmail delete's your emails even receipts and important ones after 10 years. Well ''Deletes'' from our view. No doubt stored in some Google God server somewhere.
