Talking LR3 misfiring after coolant repair and flush

So my daughter's LR3 had a coolant system leak and it was repaired. The car ran perfectly during the 8 mile trip home.

But this morning, it is now missing and I am getting a check engine light. It's back at the shop now, but are there any guesses on this one in the meantime?

I'll be glad to finally get this LR3 sorted so my daughter can actually drive it.

Maybe the MAF sensor was not all the way plugged in. Or maybe an intake tube was loose. Either way the shop should take care of it.
