Default LR3 no start issue

This morning when i went to the stores car started fine. After coming back theres nothing. I tested the battery and it came bad so i replaced that with a interstate from costco but nothing. All i hear when i try to start it is a relay noise. No starter engagement at all. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

update- i got it towed to a mechanic shop and found out the relays and starter is working. They think its an immobiliser/security issue. When i put key in ignition and turn, red security light doesnt stop blinking. I have only one key and tried to unlock and lock manually with the key. Also tried ecu hard reset and no luck. Anyone had this issue? Im posting here before i tow it to the dealership on monday 😩.
thanks

What do you mean by relay noise? Did they remove the starter to test it? Because that is the only way to test it.

i hear a click from the engine fuse box when trying to start. They did not remove it. What they told me was they bypassed the relays and did a standalone test on the starter and got it to work. I also have a flashing security light even at the ON position. Normally the light goes away when system check is done at startup.

So i heard back from the Land rover Indy. It is an issue with the key and the car stopped recognizing it. they want to order one for $540. Before spending i want to see if the amazon keys would work? does anyone have experience with amazon keys getting them cut and programmed?
thanks

I have used amazon keys with good result but I don’t think you can program one without a functional key.

They are not rechargeable but so far no issue there. I will stress again I do not think you can program one of these without a functional key.

Thanks for the reply. If not this my other choice would be to pay $540 and will take 2 weeks or more. Specially since they are on back order.
