OK so now we are back down to 13.57 volts, and faults with flashing red park brake again ARRRRRGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fed up I called my rover tech friend said I need help and everything says no communication with dynamic control (abs)

Abs module not installed , brake a / b no correlation

So his computor and my scanner say same thing no abs module, he unplugs the abs , looks at the square plugs near bottom and says they are a little stretched, plugs it back in and pow no more faults , wtf , so he gonna take the plug apart and fix em tomorrow nite, hope this is the end

He said he like to see the volts closer to 14 but that my voltage is fine

So we confirmed last nite that one of the female pins in the abs unit bulk connector was bad and very stretched, now its repaired and we are hoping this is the end of my electrical issues, time will tell

What is a "stretched" pin? And how does that happen with a connector that you (hopefully) never have to touch in the entire time you own the car?

No idea how it happens guess cheap connectors ( go figure) the female gets spread open so it makes a poor connection
