Default LR4 lease ?

Hi,m
we have a 05 LR3. It has been great, at least for the first 3-4 years. of late it is spending more time in the shop than at home. We bought it and have a year left on the loan, but with the issues lately, We are looking for a new car. Problem is, we love the LR4. I think I really want one.
due to the issues we had in years 4-5, I think I want to lease.(I typically lease because I like new cars every 3-4 years) Does anyone know what the residual value and money factors are being offered?
also, has anyone use one of the internet leasing companies like the leasing outlet? (I am leery, but they do have a good BBB rating)

LR residuals are terrible. They depreciate sharply in the first 3-4 years which makes a lease rather ugly. LR is offering a $795/mo lease deal on the LR4 currently, with $3K down. Not great, but could be worse.

Yea, unfortunately even land rover knows the truck goes down hill quickly. to bad it's so awesome.

the issue with the lease deals is I want the lux package (or the lux plus-forget which is which) with the third row stuff included. those are usually not included with the leasing deals.
