Default Mounting Stock Wheel as Full Size Spare (Not Tire Size Related)

I just bought a stock 18" LR3 wheel, like the wheels on my 2008, that I plan to store in the spare tire well, but I don't like the fact that, because of the 5-lug pattern, the cross bar "T" that slips through the wheel center bore won't evenly support the wheel. On one side it will sit on the lip of the bore and on the other side it will sit on one of the lug support features.

Has anyone come across a good solution for this? I'm thinking something like a giant washer with the same ID as the wheel center bore would help to even out the surface that the spare tire winch T rests on. I guess it's a long shot, but is there something available in the aftermarket for this? Did the models will a factory full-size spare just have a steel wheel, or did they have an alloy wheel that matched the rest?

Models with a full sized spare had the same allow wheel that was on the vehicle.

It's not remotely an issue, you're over-thinking it.

And yes, LR did offer a full-size matching spare with the HD package using the same spare winch pieces.

I guess you're right, it's not a big deal, I just tend to be OCD about stuff like that. Thanks for the replies, guys!
