Default Navigation system

My navigation system screen says it doesn't load up, it only says on the screen waiting to download. What could be the problem?

I would try a different disc, or take your current disc out of the drive and put it back in again. The navigation dvd drive is under the drivers seat. Also, if you want to try another disc, there are people selling them on ebay for around $20 for the original 2006-07 version, which might be good to try as a test.

Maybe try taking the disc out or try a new disc. They sell discs for older versions on Ebay for around $20. The drive is located under the driver seat.

Default DVD player under drivers seat

This is a link to a number of files re the entertainment system, of which the Nav display is a part.
https://www.disco3.co.uk/gallery/thu...hp?album=34462

While none of the files within will answer your question, if just ejecting and reinstalling the Nav CD does not resolve the concern, then you will need an understanding of the system to assist yourself in figuring out just what is wrong.

You might also try unplugging and plugging back in the various connectors in the rear of both the Nav display and the DVD player. Rarely is it that easy, but ....
