Default new 2008 LR3 looks depressed from the back, any input

hi, any input welcome.
I got 2008 LR3 which I like a lot, but upon delivery I noticed that steering wheel was off center. Delaer corrected the problem.

there is no problem in driving, but when I experimentally let the steering wheel go, the car would deviates to right side all the time. Also when I look the car from the back, the car looks depressed on its right side,, not all the times,, I mean somtimes it's bottom line looks parallel to the ground, but sometimes definitely depressed/tilted on right, I thought may be ground was not even but I'm getting confident that the car is tilted to right from time to time, and I often hear air hissing sound after i stop the car and move around.

i am going to call dealer, but any thought or input?

Air bags can fail and it is not always very obvious. The problem (leak) can be small enough not to trigger a suspension fault but big enough not to meet manufacturer tolerance. I had my suspension checked at the dealer at 49k miles (last check before warranty ran out) they found my right/rear air bag was well out of tolerance, yet it never triggered a suspension fault. The changed it. Saggin over night problem solved.
