Default New Battery?

I need to get a new battery for my LR3, wondering if anyone has replaced one and what is the best brand/place to get one other than the dealer. Thanks-

I had to replace my battery earlier this year. It was still under warranty.
I would however recommend that if you need to replace it that you try a website that caters to land rovers. You can find them on line or ask the parts person at the dealership. I am sure they can recommend a battery that fits the needs of the LR3

I hope that helps

Land Rover recommends Interstate batteries for stock replacement. The battery is style "H7". You can use whatever you like, but I would stick with name brands: Interstate, Exide, etc. I have seen an Optima in an LR3 also. Optimas are nice, I had one that sat for 2 years and was fully dead, put a long slow charge on it for 2 hours and the thing is still putting out max power, they are damn good batteries.
