Default New LR3 Owner Issues

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a 2006 LR3 HSE with the locking rear differential. I have 140,009 miles on it. The previous owner has owned several Discos and said he kept up with maintenance. Here are the things that he said were repaired/serviced:
Transfer case fluid @ 94,000
Front Diff @ 94,000
PCV
NGK Iridium Plugs
Front and rear brake job
Electric viscous fan clutch
Front air shocks
Rear cargo latch to LR4
2016 Map upgrade disc

Issues I'm having:
Weird scraping noise from rear end that changes with speed and only happens when throttle is applied
Rotors are warped
HDC Fault upon start up
Trans Fault (Previous owner said the rear diff locking motor is bad)
Front end is always dropping overnight and the compressor runs for 2-3 mins
Transmission feels like it is shifting after I have come to a complete stop and have been sitting for a few seconds. Also this evening I had to shift from reverse to drive and take off quickly and the transmission had a little shutter. Which was the first time Ive ever felt that since I purchased.

Plans:
Will be driving to TX to RoverWorks in Austin to have transmission fluid and mechatronic seal changed. Should I replace solenoids at the same time?
Waiting on rebuild kit for front air valve/block
Will be ordering new dryer for air compressor
Will be ordering the front and rear brake kit since the cross drilled rotors the previous owner put on are warped to hell
Will be repining and replacing MAF sensor. Previous owner broke the connector tab and super glued the connector on
Will be ordering rear electric diff fluid and replacing the fluid ASAP
Will order an IID as soon as I can afford it.

Is there anything I am missing or need to do? Or has anyone had these issues?

Scrapping could be heat shield on teh drive shaft or driveshaft center bearing being shot causing more slop than spec and rubbing on fuel tank. But that is a guess.

HDC/trans fault is tied to rear diff fault. So fit the rear locking and I bet the rest comes online. I am in the same boat right now, new locking actuator on order will install in a couple weeks. I have no actual HDC or trans faults. Actual LR codes can make certain of this though. I just cycle my key from off to on fairly quickly three times and it fires up with a trans fault but no others and operates fine.

Rotors warped or calipers sticking, feels the same usually. Fronts are dual piston, so one piston can stick.

Front valve block needs a rebuild. $25 o-ring kit with take care of it and the two other valve blocks. Or you have a strut or line leaking.

Trans issue sounds like its low on fluid.

Rear scrapping for me was a failed wheel bearing.

When having transmission done, change to a metal sump and easy replaceable filter. Their is a kit of solenoids etc for the box so probably good to do them as well. Take the rear diff motor out and check it as it may only be a small part that needs replacing. Scraping noise could be parking brake so check as you replace the rotors.

If it is low in fluid is it safe to drive all the way to Austin to get the work done? I am in Louisiana and I don't know of any good Rover shops here. I'm 374 miles from Rover Works and 216 miles from Houston if someone knows a good shop in Houston and if I can actually drive it that far.

Does anyone know if I can drive it low on fluid or if there are decent Rover repair shops in Houston area?

If it's low on fluid I wouldn't drive that far. If you checked the level and found it low why not top it off before the ride

I haven't checked the level as I dont have the tools nor the space to check it. Someone in a previous post stated that my symptom sounded like a low fluid issue. I called a Rover servicer in Dallas as I was going to have it trailered there, and they told me that there is no way it can be low on fluid. So I don't know what to do anymore LOL The car as been sitting since someone said it might be a fluid issue.

If you have a ramp, put the right hand front wheel up on it. Chock both rear wheels (front and back). Run engine, undo filler on side of gearbox and top up if required.

The saga continues with the LR3. Since its been sitting up it would drop down in the front. Now instead its not only dropping all the way around but more on the drivers side. I don't know what to do with this thing anymore!!!!
