Wow! Thats dangerously bad. And of course the rears are not exactly a walk in the park like the fronts. When I did my rear end swap, I bought brand new rear knuckles and built them up first. Made the rear end work quick. But like an total idiot, I put the darn splash shields on the wrong sides! New ones. Ended up having to trim them to get the calipers on. LOL

It went crazy quick. I have the bearing and now I have a choice to make of dropping it at the machine shop or buying a press for the shop.

I did mine in a cheap Harbor Freight press. It was the "mid-range" one which I think is 16-ton? It extracted the old and put the new ones in without issue.
