I checked with Lucky8 and 33's is what they have on their LR3. There is some rubbing on the front bumper cover though on turns.

 

Wow thats alot of lift but thats great considering that 33s and 32 are far cheaper than 35s. also are all winch mounts the same? meaning that any winch warn smitty and so on will fit?

 

Most of them have a standard mount pattern but there are a few winches that are the exception to the rule.

I run a smitty built but that is on my terrafirma bumper on a Land Rover 110.

Lucky8 run a hidden winch mount I believe that is by TerraFirma as well on the LR3. Or you could go with the ARB bumper with winch mount, very cool looking but spendy at around $1k

On 32/33 the LR3 can really get down the trail.

 

That looks sick and it seems like lucky 8 has most of what Im looking for but when I go on their website I don't see anything at all the pages come up blank and when I search it always comes back with nothing found even if i type in something simple like winch. I was considering the ARB bumper but I love the clean front end of the LR3 and would like to keep it looking as stock as possible but making it more capable.

 

A new website is under development and it is going to be worlds better than the current one.

If you want to keep the stock look than I would recommend the TerraFirma hidden winch mount. Aside from the fairlead and safety thimble there is no real change to the front end of the LR3, most all standard winches will fit in it without issue.


The LR3 in the pictures is running the raised air intake, 17" rims and proud rhino lift rod set. Since the pictures he has added the Baja rack, terrafirma hidden winch mount and Red winch.
