Default Other LR3 2006 HSE

Hey guys, I have a strange and a legitimate question. The strange one is as follows. In the passenger side fender after taking the vent off there is a plastic bag, that Contains something soft. I have been unable to remove it so far. The other question is how do you get the vent to snap in ? I see nothing for it to clip to.

That is sound proofing. Also that is not a vent, that in an intake port. It inserts at top then pushes/snaps in at the bottom at two or three places. They are removed the same way, pull up hard and swing out the bottom. They break very easily, so its possible your lower tabs are gone and why it will not snap into place.

Thank you so much! I guess they are broken, because there are no tabs. Glue maybe?
