Got a new code on the truck today and from what I can tell by researching it, it is either the cruise control switch or the clock spring.... most likely the clock spring.

Has anyone had to replace their clock spring... for what reason and approx. how expensive was it? Also, would a used clock spring from a salvaged LR3 be recommended or not?

Thanx...

Used is fine. Not too hard to replace. Check youtube for video on range rover sport steering wheel removal/install. Same as LR3

So not a common thing for the clock spring to fail?

After the shop reset the codes the light has not reappeared so maybe it was much to do about nothing. Perhaps the temp, humidity and azimuth were in a perfect combination to trigger some algorithm in the bus system.
