Permanent Suspension code on LR3
Hello All, First time posting, and new LR3 owner.
Does anyone have experience with the C1A28-64 (wrong number of LED's illuminated) suspension code? I can clear the code but it comes back immediately when I turn on the ignition key.
For some background, I recently purchased the LR3 from the local LR Dealer "as-is", needed ball joints and sway bar links, suspension light on, will not raise or lower but will maintain normal drive height.
The compressor would cycle each time the vehicle was started but would turn off and trigger the C1A20-64 suspension code, which I believe was triggered by a crack in the air drier cover, once I fixed the cover the code went away.
The compressor then ran for a couple of minutes before shutting off, which I assume would be normal with a completely deflated suspension, however, the suspension did not lift (currently on the bump stops after ball joints replacement)
So I'm left with the permanent code as mentioned above, and a rover that is sitting on bump stops.
Looking for guidance if anyone can help, thanks!

[QUOTE=ArmyRover;761002]For the LR3 isn't that code related to the DSC
I’m not to sure. The vehicle is new to me so I’m not sure what lights are supposed to be illuminated in the first place. There are no led’s illuminated on the height control lever on the centre console, and the lever itself is not functioning at the moment so I’m leaning towards that being the issue.
