I just got mine, a 06' HSE, last week for $45,000 (excluding taxes and fees). The vehicle is fully loaded except for the optional DVD. Apparently, I got a good discount for being a previous Land Rover owner plus it was an 06' model year.

Both the Sudbury and Norwood, MA dealers offered me the same price.
