Default Problems at pickup

Hey whats up guys, picked up a new lr3 tonight and the navigation dosent recognize my position. The GPS icon has a red slash through it and it thinks im in the east river; lol. Also when I'm parked, and leaving the spot I turn the wheel to the left and press the gas the car makes a horrendous scraping noise. Does anyone know if there is a way to correct the nav problem, possibly resetting the ecu or something. Also has anyone experienced the grinding problem when turning to the left at slow speed; i.e. pulling out of a spot and going the other way

Default RE: Problems at pickup

The red slash indicates no GPS signal. You have a problem with the vehicle. The noise on turning is due to a lack of lubricant on the steering stops.
