Default Rear Control Arm Brands

So I think I have some worn rear control arm bushings. Replacement arms with bushings range from only $60 on Rock Auto up to $200. Any guidance on how to pick? Are they all reman OEM arms with new bushings or are they actually producing the arms? Wouldn't want some cheap arm snapping on me in the middle of the woods!

Also, how bad of a job is it on the LR3? (DIY)

I would never trust several thousands pounds of rover on a 60 dollar control arm. Buy they off rover parts L8 ect. Preferably L8 as support those who support us. I have never done the job but I have heard its kind of a B****. Not to mention you will need an alignment after.
