Default Rear Control Arm or Bushings?

Right rear upper control arm has play on one of the bushings, do I replace the bushings? Complete arm? Around $100 for a complete arm...

I have the same issue on mine going to do the arm and the outer bushing. Seems like a safer bet.

I found it easier and cheaper to buy the arms than have the bushings pressed.

Not sure the bushings "break" per se but rather wear out. Mine lasted 10 years and if I get close to that with the replacements, I'd be happy. From what I've read, the poly's are a bit harsher and were implicated in at least one control arm snapping.
