My kinsman is a car salesman and they just got in a 2006 land rover LR3 with approximately 70,000 miles in and offered it to me fr $14,000. I would like to know people's true recommendations. I realize repairs are more expensive but from experience how often are they in the shop? I have a 2006 ford fusion right now and I really want to get something that would be good for us starting a family soon. Resources would help. I have to convince my husband that this is a good idea.

 

Would be a good price if they've fixed everything wrong.

Things like suspension compressor, lower control arm bushings.

If not, they should knock a thousand or two off so that you can address them after you buy it.
