I am looking to install a full roof rack on my 05 lr3. I have rails attached now on the upper half of the roof. Is there mounting nuts on the lower half under the plastic cover strip? If so how is that strip held in the channel? I have had a bit of a look but seems held in pretty good and I dont want to break anything.
