Default Seat raised...won't go down...

The front lever controls lower-seat angle, lower-seat height, and all seat height. The rear lever controls the upper seat tilt...so...

I raised my seat and now can't get it down, but all the other lever functions are working fine - no grinding noises, no hiccups. Passenger side power works...all lever functions are fine there.

It was working fine this past weekend. Is there a special combination of lever pulls and pushes to magically lower the seat...I promise never to touch it again.

And I noticed that one of the seat heat functions doesn't work...it this related?

What's the fix? Is this a CHA-CHING! ($1200 or more), or a cha-ching (~$300)?
