Selling my 2006 LR3 HSE HD - Purchased new
That is a really clean LR3 I would keep it, they won't give you much on trade and you will be hard pressed to find one as well maintained I'm sure when you decide you miss it and want it back lol
You guys are killing me.
You were supposed to make the separation easy, explaining why my thoughts of divorce was the wise move after 12 happy years. I have regrets of selling my D2 years ago (as clean as my LR3), and now I'm wondering if this is potentially the same mistake. I didn't feel this way when I sold my 2006 RR.

It is the same mistake! That was my first quip was that it'd be a mistake. If your wife wants a new whip get her one, but don't sell this gorgeous LR3 for less than what it's worth, which is inevitable in this market that under-appreciates the well built tank that the LR3 is.
Yep I say sell it to me or keep it lol.
I sold my 97 D1 LSE in mint condition & I miss it. The 04 I got to replace it with is nice, but it’s just not my 98 D1 lol.
The new LR’s after 09 aren’t my cup of tea.

Hi. Just arrived in Denver for a week long meeting. Figured I would check out the recent LR3 chat, on my way to the hotel (in a silly Prius).
Anyway....
My opinion, keep it. Especially because it is the HD trim. At that age with those miles, it will be tricky to find someone that is willing to pay what it is worth. With the solid service history, it is no doubt an excellent vehicle which will keep running well for years.

Maybe you saw mine in Highlands Ranch.😄 Lots of soccer games and other events bring me up to Highlands Ranch often.
Funny (and small world), but that was possibly me. I don’t keep track of dates and times, or the kids soccer and gymnastics events, heck don’t ask me what city I’m in. But very possible it was me.
PM me if you want to see it. I’m in Phoenix this week, the LR3 is in the Springs, and now I have to golf in Denver Friday, with developing a new plan on coming home. 11 pm arrival into COS Thursday with a 7am golf game in Denver on Friday has me all screwed up and changing flights if I can, leaving the LR3 at the airport in COS for an extra day.
