Smittybilt 12000 lb fit in tactical Rovers bumper
Hi group,
Question for those who are familiar with front winch Tatical Rovers bumper and successfully fitted a 12 000 lbs winch of any kind without modifications to body.
Please share that are winches out there that I can install without ant modifications to front grill or lower body that fit within Tactical Rovers front bumper.
I just purchased a smittybult 12000 lb H2O winch and have hard time mounting it to a front bumper. I ws debating on WARN EVO 12 S but since my wife bought me a Smiitybuilt for early Christmas I said politely that I will give it a try and install it. after initial control box install on winch itself I can clearly see that there is no room on the back for all the wires unless they are heavily tilted left and up but even then control box is too thick and front grill needs to be severely altered.I don't mind cutting into it as my LR3 is really old and well used and I will need a winch for our upcoming trip to Northern Quebec in two weeks but if there are other 12ooo lb winches that fit without any mods I would appreciate it you can share the experience with successful fiiting. Thanks in advance, Also it looks like the gear clutch free spool level on that winch won't clear right corner of that bumper. Thoughts ?

There are four wires that would need to be severely extended in order to mount the control box inside the engine bay or ay other place, auxiliary battery compartment is out of question s I will be mounting secondary battery and Traxide system. I guess I will be cutting into front grill then..
