Default Tire Pressure Sensors

Hello all:

I have a 2006 LR3 with 2016 LR4 Wheels and Tires. If I want to change out the Tire Pressure Sensors should I get 315mhz Sensors (which came with the vehicle) or 433mhz Sensors (which are required for the LR4)? I'm concerned that the Tire Pressure Monitor will not recognize one or the other. Please advise.

Many thanks.

315 is what your 2006 TPMS will read.

So, the current TPMS Monitor will not work with 433mhz Sensors?

The 315 system recognizes only 315 sensors and the 433 will only recognize 433 sensors.
